Pulse Atlas combines more than a dozen federal datasets — CDC PLACES, Census SAHIE and ACS, HRSA HPSA, FCC Broadband Data Collection, EPA EJScreen, CDC/ATSDR SVI, March of Dimes Maternity Care Deserts, IHME, and County Health Rankings — normalizes them to FIPS codes, and recomputes a composite gap score when underlying indicators change.
