Pulse Atlas is a free, open atlas mapping structural health inequities across all 3,144 U.S. counties. It combines more than a dozen federal datasets — CDC PLACES, Census SAHIE and ACS, HRSA HPSA, FCC Broadband, EPA EJScreen, CDC/ATSDR SVI, March of Dimes — into a single Health Equity Gap Score (0–100) and surfaces ranked, evidence-based interventions. Built for policymakers, health systems, and nonprofit coalitions who need defensible, comparable numbers. All data is licensed CC BY 4.0 — reuse it, cite it, build on it.
